Calm my child's worries about my dad/mom's [medical diagnosis, illness, injury, other health struggles]. Help my son/daughter to remember that knowing You and following You comes with extraordinary benefits—You forgive our sins and You heal all our diseases. You save our lives from destruction, and You crown Your children with favor and compassion.

I know it's hard on my child to see Grandpa/grandma contend with [medical diagnosis, illness, injury, other]. Replace anxiety in my son/daughter with fearless faith, because Your word promises that prayers offered in faith will make the sick person well—You alone forgive and restore health.

Fill my child with Your peace as I care for my parent in this season of their life. Mature my son/daughter in their walk with You so that they will not give in to a spirit of fear, but will walk with You in power, love, and self-control.
