Dear Jesus

I'm feeling overwhelmed with [parent's physical/mental struggles]. I don't know how I'm going to manage the care my parent needs for [diagnosis/injury/other] plus be a good parent to [child/children].

Lord, You are aware of everything I must do on a daily basis to keep my household running. Help me hold firmly to the hope I have in You, because Your Word says You are faithful. When I start feeling anxious, remind me to pray and present my requests to You, always being thankful for Your provision and blessings.

And in the uncertainty, teach me how to pray in the Spirit, without words, leaning into You in my weakness, so that I will offer intercessions that are Your perfect will.
